Win back customers: follow-up lists for active, offline and dormant customers

How ISPs use follow-up lists to win back dormant customers, catch paid-up customers who are offline, and pause rather than lose customers who travel.

Every customer who stops paying took a site visit and equipment to win. Many can be won back with a simple call, if you know who to call.

Every customer, sorted for you

  • Active: paid up, sorted by expiry.
  • Online now: connected right now.
  • Offline: paid up but not connected, often a sign of a fault.
  • Dormant: no payment for 14 days or more, longest away first.
  • Suspended: turned off by you until they settle.
  • Paused: on hold, with unused days kept.

Call or text from the list

Each dormant customer shows their plan, phone and when they last paid, with buttons to call or send an SMS.

Pause instead of lose

Customers who travel or close a business for a while can be paused, and their unused days are kept for when they come back.

Fix offline customers first

If several paid-up customers are offline on one router, the problem is probably the network, not the customers. Fix it before they call.
