ISP finance done right: invoices, VAT and payments that reconcile themselves

How ISPs can keep clean books: tax on every invoice, automatic reconciliation, unallocated payments, refunds, and records that staff can never delete.

Money comes in from many places: M-Pesa, bank transfers and cash at the office. Without a proper system, payments go to the wrong account, debts are forgotten and nobody can say who changed what.

Tax on every invoice

Add your tax once, such as VAT at 16%, and it lands on every service and manual invoice.

Every payment has a home

  • Automatic payments are matched to the customer and the plan renews.
  • Manual records for cash and bank are saved with a reason and the staff member’s name.
  • Unallocated payments, such as a wrong account number, wait to be assigned to the right customer.
  • Overpayments are held as credit, and debts are tracked.

Nothing gets deleted

Invoices and transactions can never be deleted. Mistakes are fixed the right way: void, refund, move to unallocated or correct to the right account. The original always stays on record.

An audit log of every action

Every change is kept with who did it, when and why, so staff cannot tamper with your books and you can always trace a problem.
